Time Run are globally recognised as the pioneers of live gaming experiences.  Having elevated the genre of ‘escape rooms’ with immersive worlds, cinematic-style sets and rich stories; Time Run are embarking on their biggest adventure to date.  Time Run will be creating an entirely new permanent experience of a different genre along with a bar, over double the size of their current site.


We are looking for an experienced, autonomous and results-driven individual to establish and take full ownership over Time Run’s marketing and sales. You will be responsible for devising, implementing, refining and reporting on the marketing mix for our new endeavour and managing the sales and customer service team to optimise revenue generation.


The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years marketing experience in a leadership role and must have a deep 360 understanding of the marketing mix for immersive leisure, events and live entertainment, as well as demonstrable experience of executing and analysing the full campaign end to end.  


We are looking for a real ‘doer’, not delegator; who has an analysis-driven approach to setting strategy and targets. This is a very hands-on role, developing creative solutions and maximising on tight resources.  A good knowledge of tourist markets is also highly desirable.


Key responsibilities will include:


  • Producing and adjusting marcoms plan
  • Copywriting (web, mailshots, social, press releases etc.)
  • Writing briefs and managing agencies (web build, digital advertsing, SEO, PR, ATL etc.)
  • Digital comms (email marketing)
  • Social media marketing
  • Ticketing and pricing
  • Segmentation, consumer insight and analytics
  • Managing sales and customer service team – setting strategy and assessing targets


This is a 6 month contract role, with scope to extend to permanent.
